1. Scope #

  • This Cookie Policy explains how Next Wave SaaS Solutions LLC uses cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies on easyreconauto.com, the EasyRecon web app, any mobile app, and related services.
  • This Cookie Policy should be read with the Privacy Policy.

2. What Cookies Are #

  • Cookies are small files stored on a device by a browser or app.
  • Local storage and session storage are browser storage tools used for similar purposes.
  • Pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies may help measure usage, detect errors, deliver security protections, or support product functionality.

3. Essential Technologies #

  • EasyRecon uses essential technologies for authentication, session management, security, fraud prevention, account routing, load balancing, billing, and core product functionality.
  • Essential technologies are required for the Service to work and cannot be disabled through EasyRecon without breaking core functionality.
  • Authentication providers, hosting providers, payment providers, and security providers may set essential cookies or similar technologies when their features are used.

4. Functional Technologies #

  • EasyRecon may use functional technologies to remember preferences such as interface settings, filters, column choices, workspace settings, or user experience improvements.
  • If disabled, some preferences may not be remembered between sessions.

5. Analytics and Measurement #

  • EasyRecon may use limited analytics or measurement to understand aggregate product usage, diagnose errors, improve performance, and prioritize product improvements.
  • EasyRecon does not currently use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies on the public website.
  • If EasyRecon adds optional analytics, advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking tools, EasyRecon will update this Cookie Policy and use consent controls where required.

6. Third-Party Services #

  • Clerk or another authentication provider may use cookies or similar technologies to manage login sessions and security.
  • Stripe or another payment provider may use cookies or similar technologies for checkout, billing, fraud prevention, and payment security.
  • Twilio or another messaging provider may process messaging metadata when messaging features are used.
  • Hosting, database, storage, monitoring, support, AI, and security providers may process technical information needed to provide their services.

7. Managing Cookies #

  • Users can control browser cookies through browser settings.
  • Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, checkout, security protections, or core Service functionality from working.
  • Mobile operating systems may provide additional controls for app permissions, notifications, identifiers, and tracking.

8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Controls #

  • EasyRecon does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals because there is no uniform industry standard for those signals.
  • EasyRecon does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • If EasyRecon later uses technologies that legally require honoring Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out signals, EasyRecon will update this policy and implement required controls.

9. Changes and Contact #

  • EasyRecon may update this Cookie Policy as technologies, vendors, product features, or legal requirements change.
  • Questions: hello@easyreconauto.com.
